INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. red radishes
2 lg. tomatoes, cut
2 lg. carrots, peeled
1 cucumber, peeled
1 green pepper
1 sm. can black olives, drained
1/4 lb. Feta cheese for garnish
PROCEDURE:
Clean and slice radishes,
slice tomatoes and cut carrots and cucumbers
into strips.
Cut pepper into strips. Put into salad bowl.
Toss with an
oil and lemon dressing.
